Terms & Conditions – Website Design by Your Business Bestie

By purchasing a website design package from Your Business Bestie, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Your Business Bestie offers two website design options:

Scrolling Homepage ($897) – A one-page design covering all essential business information.
Full Website ($1597) – A multi-page website including a scrolling homepage, contact, about, services, sales pages (up to 5), blog, and more.
Additional pages can be added at $158 per page.
Domain migration and setup are included. However, the cost of a Squarespace subscription is not included. Clients gain access to exclusive Squarespace Circle member pricing, starting at $220.80 per year, which includes a free domain and branded email for the first year.

Payment is required in full before the project begins.
Due to the creative nature of this service, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the project begins (intake form sent).
If the Client fails to provide necessary materials (branding, copy, images, etc.) within the agreed timeline, the project may be delayed or paused, but no refunds will be given.

The Client is responsible for providing all branding assets, written content, and other required materials in a timely manner.
If the Client does not provide necessary materials within 14 days of project commencement, Your Business Bestie reserves the right to pause the project. A restart fee may apply.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving designs in a timely manner. Delayed responses may result in project timeline extensions.

The package includes one round of revisions after the initial design is presented. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
Once final approval is given, any additional changes will be billed at an hourly rate.

Once the project is completed and the final payment has been received, the Client will have full ownership of the website.
The Client is responsible for maintaining their Squarespace subscription and any third-party integrations.

The estimated turnaround time will be discussed upon project start, depending on the scope of work and Client responsiveness.
Your Business Bestie is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions or feedback from the Client.

Your Business Bestie is not responsible for any losses, technical issues, or downtime associated with Squarespace or third-party integrations.
While every effort is made to deliver a fully functional and optimized website, the Client is responsible for ongoing maintenance and updates.

By purchasing a website design package, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
